Email contact@bslate.net. Include your device model, operating system, app version, the approximate time of the issue, and a concise description. A screenshot or screen recording can help, but remove unrelated personal information first.

Open BSlate, go to Profile or Account Settings, and choose the account deletion option. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app. If you cannot access your account, email support from the address associated with it so we can help verify the request.

Account deletion removes the account and associated active generation content from our systems, subject to limited records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, transaction reconciliation, legal obligations, or an active dispute. AI generation inputs and outputs are also subject to the shorter 36-hour deletion window described in our AI Data Privacy notice.

Request a refund from the Apple App Store or Google Play account that completed the purchase. Those marketplaces review and approve refund requests. When a store confirms a refund, related access, credits, or subscription entitlements may be adjusted to match the refunded transaction.

Open the subscription settings for your Apple ID or Google Play account and cancel the BSlate subscription there. Deleting the app or your BSlate account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.

No. BSlate does not use your prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, account data, or support attachments to train general-purpose AI models or foundation models.

No. AI generation is processed on infrastructure operated for BSlate using self-hosted models. Generation prompts, uploaded inputs, and outputs are not sent to third-party AI services.

Generation content is automatically deleted from BSlate servers no later than 36 hours after creation, or sooner if you delete the creation or account. Limited security, transaction, and support records may follow separate retention periods where necessary.

Generative results vary. Try making the subject and action more specific, describe the intended camera behavior, simplify conflicting details, or use an image reference you have the right to upload. Outputs should always be reviewed before sharing or relying on them.

Write to contact@bslate.net with a clear description of the concern, the relevant creation or page, your contact details, and information showing your authority to make the report. Do not send unrelated confidential material.
