AI Data Privacy

This focused notice follows a generation from the moment you press submit to the moment its content is deleted. It supplements the broader Privacy Policy.
The short version: AI models are self-hosted, generation content is not sent to third-party AI services, user content is never used to train general-purpose AI models, face recognition is not performed, and generation content is deleted within 36 hours.
1. What enters a generation
- The text prompt and creative instructions you enter.
- An image you deliberately choose when using an image-led generation feature.
- Creative settings and technical parameters needed to perform the request.
- An account and creation identifier used to return the result to the correct account.
- The generated video, preview image, and limited technical events needed to deliver or troubleshoot it.
2. Generation begins with your choice
BSlate processes a prompt or image for AI generation only after you choose the feature, select the eligible input, and submit the generation request. Where a first-use notice is presented, review it before continuing.
Do not upload an image unless you have the rights and permission needed to use it. Avoid including sensitive or unnecessary personal information in prompts or media.
3. The limited purpose
Generation data is used to create the video you request, return it to your account, let you view or manage the creation during the limited storage window, protect the service, and investigate a specific support or safety report when necessary.
We do not repurpose your prompts, uploads, or outputs for advertising profiles, data brokerage, or unrelated product datasets.
4. BSlate-operated AI infrastructure
BSlate uses self-hosted AI models running on infrastructure operated for BSlate. Prompts, uploaded images, generation context, and generated videos are not sent to third-party AI services.
This rule applies whether you begin from text, an image, or a previous eligible creation.
5. Your content is never training material
We do not use personal information, prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, account content, or support attachments to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve general-purpose AI models or foundation models.
Using BSlate does not grant us permission to use your content for model training.
6. Photos and visual inputs
When you select a photo or other eligible image, it is uploaded to BSlate-operated servers and processed only as visual input for the video you request and the limited service functions described on this page.
We do not share visual generation inputs with third-party AI providers. Uploaded visual inputs follow the same 36-hour maximum generation-content storage window as prompts and outputs.
7. Face-related data
- BSlate does not perform facial recognition.
- BSlate does not use an uploaded face to identify or verify a person.
- BSlate does not extract facial-geometry templates.
- BSlate does not create biometric identifiers from uploaded images.
8. The 36-hour limit
Prompts, uploaded generation inputs, generated videos, preview images, and generation context are automatically deleted from BSlate servers no later than 36 hours after creation, even if you take no deletion action.
A creation may disappear sooner when you delete it or delete your account. The 36-hour limit covers generation content; limited transaction, account, support, fraud-prevention, and security records may follow a different retention period where necessary for their purpose or required by law.
9. Delete sooner
Use the deletion control shown for an eligible creation to remove it before the automatic deadline. To delete the full account, open Profile or Account Settings and choose account deletion, then complete the confirmation steps.
If you cannot access those controls, email contact@bslate.net from the address connected to the account. We may ask for limited verification before acting on the request.
10. Access and security
Access to generation systems and stored content is restricted according to operational need. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information during transmission, processing, temporary storage, troubleshooting, and deletion.
No internet-connected system is completely risk-free. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly so we can investigate.
11. Your controls and rights
- Choose whether to submit a prompt or image for generation.
- Delete an eligible creation before the automatic retention deadline.
- Delete your account using the in-app control.
- Ask for access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance where applicable law provides that right.
